Job description: to coordinate Association Cup Tournament activities for District VI.


 

As most of you know, D6 is hosting 60 U19 teams at Cherry Island on March 14 & 15, 2009. I am looking for volunteers to help on Saturday and Sunday to make sure we provide a safe and fun weekend for the teams. Mostly I am looking for volunteers to help the refs get the teams on the field and to watch for any potential problem areas during the games. I know some of you have already said that you would be available.

Saturday I have divided up the day into 2 shifts......7:30am to Noon and Noon to 4:30pm. Of course, if you want to be there all day that would be great.

Sunday would be 7:30 to 11:00 and 11:00 to 3pm. If you want to work all day that would be great.

I have attached a list of all the local teams that will be playing at Cherry Island. Managers, can you contact your teams to see if any of the parents can also be available to volunteer? CLICK HERE FOR ATTACHMENT
