Job description: to coordinate Metro activities within District VI, conduct meetings of the Board of Directors and casts a vote in the event of a tie. The Metro Administrator, at the beginning of the season, appoints standing committee(s) and/or members at large as needed. The administrator is the Metro League representative to all District VI meetings and/or functions. The administrator appoints an alternate to act on behalf, to chair meetings, attend District meetings and/or functions and take other appropriate actions as necessary in accordance with these bylaws, general and specific rules and operating procedures of Metro League.

The administrator schedules team games to be played and works closely with age group coordinators in obtaining proper information.

The times and location for this year's Mandatory Metro Coaches Meetings have been set and are as follows:
U-10 through U-14 Age Groups Tuesday, September 1, 2009
U-16 and U-19 Age Groups Wednesday, September 2, 2009
Both meetings will be held at the Orangevale Community Center, 6826 Hazel Avenue, Orangevale, Ca. from 7:00 to 9:00 pm
